Nelly comes from an extended family of true coffee connoisseurs and has a heritage love for coffee. She watched her uncle roasts his coffee, then her dad started roasting his own, and now she is picking up the famiy tradition. Luckily for her, nearly every member of both sides of the family are avid coffee drinkers.
When you order a bag of small batch roasted coffee, it is roasted specifically for you. Your aromatic and rich, flavorful coffee beans will be freshly roasted - no sitting around for months getting stale. Each batch is lovingly roasted on a whirly pop popcorn maker and is made fresh after your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your coffee to be roasted and shipped to you. Nelly's standard roast is a medium to dark roast of Costa Rican, Guatemalan, or Colombian beans.
