So, you've got your site designed and are shopping around for someone to handle your updates (new products, pricing, sales, inventory control, etc)? We are pleased to offer update work for everyone, including those who have designed their own sites or have gone elsewhere for site design.

This covers basic html websites as well as x-cart websites and other database driven online solutions. We do not use page-building applications to do any work, whether new design or maintenance on an existing website. We do not work with Front Page, Dreamweaver, or any other such application - sorry! All work is done in a text editor for best possible results.

Effective September 17, 2007, we will no longer be offering maintenance for any websites designed with Front Page or Dreamweaver. We also will not do work if you do not have an FTP login (ie: access through control panel only). We reserve the right to refuse to work on sites with bloated or poor coding. This just creates more work for us and costs you more money in the long run.

Our rates are reduced from $75 per hour to more affordable "blocks of time." The pricing structure is set up so that the more you buy, the more you save...the less per hour you pay.

There is no "expiration date" with purchase of these blocks of time. If, for example, you purchase 10 hours and only use 1 hour per month, that's fine. Your time will never expire.

All updates are billed to the minute with a 5 minute minimum per update performed. Updates are done in the order received and as time permits. While we do make every effort to get to request the same day they are made, we make no guarantees that an update will be done immediately.
