You should know that we are typically booked as much as several months in advance. We rarely have immediate openings for large-scale jobs that need to be finished immediately. If you are happy with the quote given, we suggest making a deposit to reserve your start date. Chances are that waiting even 1 or 2 weeks could result in a much later start date.

A note about phone calls: We don't offer free consultations or phone calls. RedLime is a small firm - just the two of us working here. Not only do we do design work and programming and all manner of x-cart customizations and hacks, etc -- we also handle support for the majority of our clients. As a result, we're *very* busy. This just doesn't leave time for phone calls. If you cannot work without a phone call, then we're probably not the firm for you. It's all email (or support tickets) all the time here. ;)

We DO offer paid phone consultations. Please contact us to arrange a time for your call. Note that we are on the west coast and have a limited number of slots available per day.
