RedLime Web Development takes customer service to the next level by partnering with copywriting firm ExpressionWorks to offer business writing services aimed at creating sites as easy to read as they are to use.

Tucson, Ariz. February 15, 2007 - Successful business owners know that one of the best tools for modern business is a sleek, professionally designed Web site. But even the most eye-catching site requires high quality content to attract customers and increase search engine traffic.

RedLime Web Development, a leader in custom Web site creation, has solved this issue by partnering with the business writing specialists at ExpressionWorks to offer clients a full range of writing services to help them connect with their target customers.

The partnership between the two creative organizations gives RedLime customers the advantage of full access to professional copywriters skilled in the development of high-quality Web site content and promotional materials.

"We know how important it is to have copy that drives people to a new site. The right language builds trust with visitors and keeps them returning," said RedLime co-owner Cherie Funderburg. "What better way to help our clients succeed with their new sites than to offer them the tools to make a lasting impression?"

"We are delighted to work with the creative team at ExpressionWorks to offer copywriting and marketing solutions to our clients," Funderburg explained. LegalZoom Spotlight Business

October 17, 2005

Tell us a little about your product or service.
RedLime stands out from many other web development firms because of our committment to customer service and our desire to create a custom site for every single client. We routinely answer questions well past business hours and when called upon, will work in the middle of the night or on weekends to clear up any pressing concerns, problems, or important changes. We do not use templates so our clients are guaranteed that their site is one of a kind - no one else will have anything just like their site. Both Joe and I love what we do and I think that this shows in the quality of our work and in our real care and concern for our clients. If our clients aren't happy - neither are we and we won't rest until we make it right.

How did you start your company?
I started doing web design as a hobby on the side. My committment to customer service was soon being spread far and wide and before I really knew it, I was inundated with new clients and more business than I could handle. This resulted in the addition of my husband, Joe, and his programming and development expertise.

RedLime Web Development offers affordable, quality website design and practical business solutions through custom designed websites, ecommerce solutions, programming, product photography, and graphic design to the home-business marketplace and beyond.

What or who inspired you to go into business for yourself?
I love design. Interior design, garden or yard design. Even design through baking and cooking. When I discovered computers and found out that one could design websites, I was hooked. I started by playing around with a personal site and spent a few years getting to know how things worked and how to best design a website. Once I felt I knew what I was doing, I decided to look into making a few extra dollars on the side. And the rest is history!

What were some of the startup hurdles you overcame?
When I entered this marketplace, I was a nobody amongst other firms and companies that were established and doing large volumes of work. I offered a few free websites to get my portfolio started and crossed my fingers in the hopes that this would be enough to get me noticed. It was. And 5 years later, not only am I still here, but those other business and firms are mostly gone by the wayside. In our niche market, we are now the company that has been around the longest. And that's saying something!

Is there anything else you'd like to say about your company and/or product or service?
Joe recently quit his full-time job to come onboard RedLime full-time. After speaking with our accountant and some other entrepreneurs, we made the decision to form an LLC. We googled to find the best solution for our needs and decided that LegalZoom would be our best bet. They offered the services we needed, at a price we could afford, and while some of the other companies there seemed a bit, well, fly-by-night, we knew of LegalZoom and felt confident that they would deliver on what they promised.

RedLime Web Development Announces Launch of New Name and Web Site

RedLime Web Development (formerly named Webgyrl Productions) announces the launch of their newly named Web site, www.RedLimeWeb.com.

Tucson, AZ (PRWEB via PR Web Direct) June 28, 2005 -- RedLime Web Development (formerly named Webgyrl Productions) announces the launch of their newly named Web site, www.RedLimeWeb.com.

Founder Cherie Funderburg decided to rename the company (which was originally founded one year ago) after it began to grow rapidly. Cherie attributes the unique name to her desire for a name that was funky and odd. "Our new name is something that really sticks with people." We are asked all the time: 'What is a red lime?'"

Along with officially changing the company's name, Cherie also moved the Web development company from Virginia to Arizona. Her husband, Joe, quit his day job to move across the country and join the staff of RedLime.

While the name has changed, the business and services offered remain the same. Web design, managed hosting, custom programming, professional product photography and graphic design are the featured services provided by the company.

Customer service is something highly touted in the RedLime office and both Cherie and Joe can be found regularly taking phone calls into the late hours of the night as well as most weekends. "Customer service is the most important aspect of what we do," Cherie says. "Without our customers, we wouldn't be in business. We've lost count of the number of clients that have come to us after another firm ran off with their hard-earned money or didn't perform as contracted."

An example of their quality customer service is a redesign they recently did for one of their clients, scentbyspirit.com. This tea and bath purveyor requested that an overhaul be done, and since the site would have to be suspended during the overhaul, Joe and Cherie chose to work overnight to accomplish the changes quickly. The following morning the client was overjoyed to find that she was did not have any lost sales or traffic and had a brand new Web site to show off.

The company's business has grown incredibly since its new name has been launched. "We had hoped that by the end of the year we might be doing enough to ensure that I would not have to get a 'real' job again," Joe says. "Neither of us expected the surge that would swamp us. We're booked a solid 3-4 weeks out."

The RedLime Web site has a bright, fun appearance and is quick-loading, a feature that Cherie and Joe use as a main selling point for the sites they develop. With a catchy slogan like "add some zest to your site!" future clients need not fear that they will end up with anything even close to a boring site. RedLime Web Development is certainly not the Web design of the 90s.
