• Design Process

The following information will help to acquaint you with the design process.

Step One

Fill out the profile form or contact us with information on what you are looking for.

Step Two

We will work with you to determine the end goals and establish a price for services desired.

Step Three

Once a fee is agreed upon, you will need to read through the design policies and fill out the contract (url will be emailed to you).

Step Four

Upon receipt of a signed contract, the deposit of 50% of quoted fee will be due.

Step Five

Once payment has been received, you will be required to provide all site content including (but not limited to) photos, graphics, products, contact information, opening page information...basically, all content that will appear in the site. You have 10 days to provide this information - if you're going to need extra time, you must inform us as delays in this step have a domino effect and will cut into the next client's design. All content can be emailed to us (photos, information, text, etc) unless you would like to send via postal mail.

Step Six

We will contact you with a number of questions designed to help us understand your desires. Taking this information, we will create a "rough draft" layout and present it to you for approval. You will be allowed up to 10 changes to this initial layout. This is probably the most crucial part of the process as this layout will serve as the template for the remainder of your site and it is important that you are fully satisfied before we can move on.

Step Seven

Once we have an approval for the rough draft, we will create the remainder of the site, using the layout agreed upon. You will be notified on a daily basis (Mon-Fri) of all work completed each day.

Step Eight

When the site is completed and final approval is given, the remaining 50% of quoted fee (along with any other incurred expenses) will be due before the site is uploaded and made "live."
